How are your products "environmental"?
They are approved by OSHA to be 100% safe. Our enzymes are harvested without harm to the ecosystem.
• Our bottles are rated #1 easiest to recycle

• Our cartons and other packaging are recycled or recyclable
• Also when our Water Treatment & Conditioner is used with only 99% Sodium Dichlor (which may be gassed out before draining), and tested to be sure, the spa water should do no harm to the ground water system.
Are there any products not compatible with the Water Treatment & Conditioner?
Yes. The Water Treatment & Conditioner is not compatible with Biquanide products or 1-Micron Disposable Filters.
What happens if I don't use the Penetrating Spa Cleanser before using the Water Treatment & Conditioner?
Five to eight weeks after using the Water Treatment & Conditioner, it will continue seeking out chemical residues to eliminate. If the Water Treatment & Conditioner finds any residues, the water may turn a bit cloudy and give off a chemical odor. Beginning with the Penetrating Spa Cleanser eliminates this problem (not necessary for new spas; but, because of the manufacturer's water testing, we do recommend the spa to be shocked with 99% Sodium Dichlor on the first day.)

Questions About Household Cleaner
How effective is your Household Cleaner?
It works very well. For heavily soiled areas, we suggest removing the soil first (by sweeping or wiping away), then use the product to cleanse the area.
Can this product remove stains?
It is very effective at removing spots and stains, including blood spots.
Should it be sprayed on a wet or dry surface?
Apply it directly to the affected area, making sure it is dry as possible. This will allow the Cleaner's enzymes to attach directly to the surface. Spraying the enzyme onto a wet surface will dilute the enzyme, and will require additional spray to achieve the same results.
Is this product safe for animals?
Yes, it is safe for animals. Our product has no negative effect on animals, including sensitive baby animals. For animals, we recommend our Pet Cleaner.
How can this product destroy mildew and bacteria, yet remain completely harmless to plants and animals?
The enzymes in the Household Cleaner's advanced proprietary formula are specific in what they attack. An enzyme can destroy some life forms while benefiting others. Similarly, your body produces enzymes that target harmful bacteria and viruses while leaving healthy cells alone.
If sprayed on meats and fish, will the meat absorb the spray?
We recommend spraying meat and fish. The spray will penetrate somewhat but certainly not all the way through. We always recommend that customers wash off the enzyme from the sprayed meat only because it appears to have an unpleasant taste.
If sprayed on food does it affect the taste?
The spray does have a mild taste. Some people like it, some do not. Anyone who finds it distasteful can simply rinse it off after 30 seconds.
Are there any problems shipping the cleaner to other countries?
No. The product, accompanied by the MSDS, has been shipped to many countries without restriction.
Is it OK to mix with fertilizer?
The product can be mixed with fertilizer. The combination will be an immensely positive one.
Will bees die from this product?
The enzyme does not harm bees.
If the product were taken internally, what would happen?
The product is not harmful if taken internally, but we do not offer guidelines on ingestion. If a child were to drink a 16 ounce bottle by accident you would expect a mild diarrhea reaction, but not a serious one.
How does the product affect pesticides?
We have noticed in the lab that when certain types of pesticides are exposed to the enzyme that the pesticide is broken down into harmless substances (or less harmful). We are still researching these properties for later publication.
If this spray were mixed with insecticide, will it kill insects?
We do not recommend our product to be mixed with insecticides or other toxic substances. We cannot support the use of any toxic substance within the Earth's environment, and cannot support our product to be adulterated by mixing with toxic chemicals.
