shipping policy
Continental United States:
We ship through both UPS and the US Postal Service, depending on your
personal decision. Otherwise, we go with whatever is least expensive to
you and to us. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in the continental United States.
Canada:
We ship UPS Standard to Canada, and US Postal Service Priority Mail
International. We do not currently offer any free shipping options to
Canada.
International Orders: We ship
either UPS International, or USPS Priority Mail International,
whichever costs less. We are not responsible for lost or damaged
packages.
Delivery time depends on shipping service and
geographical location. Most orders will ship on the same day if
received by 2pm EST.
return policy
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return the merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling. The merchandise must be unopened and in new condition, and returned to us in its original packaging.
